Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery as per our Returns Policy.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within the following timeframes:

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but you can return them after delivery
  • Processing Orders: If your order is already being processed, cancellation may not be possible

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click on "Cancel Order" button (if available)
  4. Select the reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Note: If the "Cancel Order" button is not available, it means your order is already being processed or shipped. In such cases, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days
  • Refund Time: Money will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Orders placed during special sales or promotions (unless specified otherwise)
  • Orders that are already out for delivery

Cancellation for Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you have the following options:

  • Refuse Delivery: You can refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives
  • Return After Delivery: Accept the delivery and return it as per our Returns Policy within 30 days
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team for assistance

Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card (5-10 business days)
  • UPI: Refunded to the same UPI account (2-5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account (5-10 business days)
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (provide bank details)

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already in the final stages of processing
  • In case of payment gateway issues, refunds may take additional time
  • For COD orders, cancellation before shipping will prevent any charges
  • If you have received a partial shipment, you can cancel the remaining items
